NOTICE OF JOINT WORK SESSION

July 25, 2006

          Notice is hereby given that the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly and Board of Education will conduct a  joint work session at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2006, to discuss the education lawsuit against the State of Alaska.  Portions of this meeting may be conducted in executive session.

         The work session will be held in the Assembly Chambers, Borough Administration Building, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, Alaska.  All interested persons are invited to attend the joint work session; however, the executive session would be closed to the public.
