| Notice is hereby given that the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly will conduct a public hearing on the following Ordinance(s) at its regular meeting of April 18, 2006: | ||
| Ordinance 2005-19-45: Appropriating $50,000 from Kachemak Emergency Service Area (KESA) Capital Projects Fund Balance for Purchase of a Water Tender (Mayor) | ||
| Ordinance 2005-19-46: Correcting Ordinance 2005-19-19 Which Accepted and Appropriated a Grant from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources in the Amount of $3,550 for the Anchor Point Fire and Emergency Medical Service Area (Mayor) | ||

| The public hearing will commence at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, in the Borough Assembly Chambers, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, Alaska 99669. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and participate in the public discussion. Written comments may be sent to the Assembly, c/o Borough Clerk, 144 N. Binkley Street, Soldotna, AK 99669. Copies of the ordinance are available in the office of the Borough Clerk and will be available at the meeting for public review.
