SUBJECT:         Resolution 2006-065 A Resolution Authorizing Award Of A Contract For Kenai Central High School Asphalt Replacement Project 2006

The Kenai Peninsula Borough solicited and opened bids for the above-referenced project on June 27, 2006. The invitation to bid was advertised in the Peninsula Clarion and the Anchorage Daily News on June 11^th and 12^th.

The total bid consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to pulverize the existing asphalt pavement within the project area, construct drainage improvements, grading and other miscellaneous work and to place approximately 16,100 square yards of new asphalt paving as per the specifications in the bid documents.

Funding is available in account number 400.73020.06190.
