R13W, Seward Meridian, containing 0.61 acres to the Homer Assembly of God

STREAM HABITAT PROTECTION (KPB 21.18)
1. Resolution 2008-23; A Conditional Use Permit application has
been received pursuant to KPB 21.18 for the re-construction of a 24-foot by
24-foot cabin 26 feet from the Ordinary High Water Line of the Kenai River
Slough. This project is located near Kenai River Mile 14.7, located
on Lot 27, Block 7, Castaway Cove Subdivision, Amended, Section 19, T. 5 N., R.
10 W., S.M., AK, (KPB Parcel I.D.: 055-253-18).
