2. Ordinance 2008-15 authorizing the negotiated sale at fair market value of Tract 2 New Homer High School No.2, according to PLAT No. 1987-11 excepting therefrom DOT ROW as per Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 320 Page 38, Homer Recording District within Section 17, T6S, R13W, Seward Meridian, containing 0.61 acres to the Homer Assembly of God

G. ANADROMOUS STREAM HABITAT PROTECTION (KPB 21.18)

 

1. Resolution 2008-23; A Conditional Use Permit application has been received pursuant to KPB 21.18 for the re-construction of a 24-foot by 24-foot cabin 26 feet from the Ordinary High Water Line of the Kenai River Slough. This project is located near Kenai River Mile 14.7, located on Lot 27, Block 7, Castaway Cove Subdivision, Amended, Section 19, T. 5 N., R. 10 W., S.M., AK, (KPB Parcel I.D.: 055-253-18).
