 KPB Single Family Housing Starts
This report includes structures that are still under construction, resulting in skewed values in the lower price ranges, especially in the $0-$50,000 range because these homes are assessed at values lower than the value of the home after completion. 2006 data is listed separately due to a change in range values.
The assessing department has implemented new software to meet increasing needs of the department, and providing improved technology. As a result, some trends will be unable to be continued; however, more detailed information will be available as the system becomes totally upgraded.
